1. Present Tense
 (+) S + V-s/es + O
 (-) S + Do/Does + Not + V1 + O
 (?) Do/Does + S + V1 + O ?

 atau

 (+) S + To Be + Adj/Noun/Adv
 (-) S + To Be + Not + Adj/Noun/Adv
 (?) To Be + S + Adj/Noun/Adv ?


Example : 

• Hasan reads a book everyday
• Hasan doesn't go to school on sunday 
• Does Hasan swim on sunday ?

2. Present Continuous Tense
  (+) S + To Be +V-ing
  (-) S + To Be + Not + V-ing
  (?) To Be + S + V-ing

  To Be :

  is = He , She , It
  am = I
  are = You , They , We

Example :

• She is reading a book
• She is not doing her homework
• What are you doing ?

3. Past Tense

  (+) S + V2 + O
  (-) S + Didn't + V1 + O
  (?) Did + S + V1

  atau

  (+) S + To Be + Adj/Noun/Adv
  (-) S + To Be + Not + Adj/Noun/Adv
  (?) To Be + S + Adj/Noun/Adv ?

To Be Past :

Was = I , He , She , It
Were = You , We , They

Example :

• I watched TV last night
• I didn't study English yesterday
• Did you watch TV last night ?

4. Present Perfect Tense

  (+) S + Have/Has + V3
  (-) S + Have/Has + Not + V3
  (?) Have/Has + S + V3

Have = You , They , I , We
Has = She , He , It

Example :

• I have written a letter 
• She hasn't read the letter
• Have you know the news ?
